> 40 € of contribution to the fees will be requested to participants in order to pay for the high cost and taxes existing in Martinique.
> Concerning the flight tickets:
_ Option 1: The flight tickets from Paris to Martinique (at the dates of the project) will be pay for by D’Antilles & D’Ailleurs after receiving a signed attestation of support from the sending organisation saying that they will reimburse the paid ticket in case of an annulation which isn’t justified or recognised by the French National Agency.
Flight tickets from the origin country to Paris will be bought by the participants and reimbursed (after the project) according to the conditions and allocated budget send in the upcoming documents. This reimbursement will take place after the report of the project has been send and once the National Agency has given the remaining money for the project to DA&DA.
_ Option 2: For participants willing to stay before or after the project (knowing that no tickets departing before the 26 of october or returning after the 7th of November will be reimburse), they will have to buy their own tickets from their country to Martinique according to the allocated budget. 50% of those tickets will be reimburse during the project, while the
50% remaining will be reimbursed after the report of the project has been send and once the National Agency has
given the remaining money for the project to DA&DA.IMPORTANT NOTE: All the tickets bought by the participants (country of origin → Paris and/or Martinique) need to be sent and approuved by the hosting organisation before any purchase. Without the approuval, there is no guarantee that the
ticket will be reimburse.
